Thank you for choosing Paws, Manes & Me. Below is our shipping information for both digital and physical orders.


1. Digital Orders

All digital illustrations are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this is entered correctly.

  • Delivery timeframe: Within 3–5 business days

  • Files are provided as high-resolution JPG and PNG formats

  • No shipping fees apply

If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact:

2. Physical Print Orders

We offer two types of printed products:

  • 8×10 framed prints

  • 8×10 silver-edge block prints

Both are custom-made based on your approved illustration.

Processing Time

Physical products are shipped within 5–7 business days after you have approved the final artwork, if requested.


3. Shipping Costs

All physical items include:
Free shipping Australia-wide

At this time, we do not ship internationally.


4. Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are shipped via trusted Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow additional time during peak holiday periods or for remote locations.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied:

  • We cannot refund or replace the order once it has been shipped

  • However, if the item is returned to us, we can reship it once postage fees are paid by the customer


6. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Postage service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Seasonal demand

  • Supplier or printer delays

We will notify you if substantial delays are expected.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

A replacement will be issued at no cost.

8. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.
If it cannot be found, a replacement will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.


9. Order Changes

Changes to your shipping address can only be made before your item has shipped.
Once the tracking number has been issued, we cannot modify the delivery details.
