Frequently asked questions

I create unique digital clipart-style portraits of people, dogs, cats, and horses. You can choose a single subject or multiple, and I can create memorial pieces that honour pets or loved ones who have passed.

It’s simple:

Select a digital, framed or block mounted item.
Upload your photos and share any personalised details you’d like included.
I create your custom artwork.
Review your artwork, if required.
Receive your order.

Include your order name and details.

Standard turnaround time is usually 3–5 days for digital copies, framed and printed blocks will be posted within 5-7 days. If you need it sooner, express creation may be available, just let me know.

Yes. Each order includes one complimentary revision for adjustments to details, colours, or features. Additional revisions can be added if needed for a small fee. Just select YES under the review tab when ordering.

You will receive a low quality, watermarked version to make changes from. The high quality finished product will be sent upon completion.

Absolutely. If your subjects weren’t photographed together, I can still bring them into the same artwork.

Personal use is included (printing, gifting, sharing, etc.). If you need commercial rights, please contact me for licensing options.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

You can print at home, at your local print shop, or through an online printing service.

They are easily uploaded for you to order prints or giftware of your choice.

You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file (PNG) suitable for printing at home or through a professional print service.

Welcome to Paws, Manes + Me

My name is Jen, and this stunning boy beside me is Kouri, he is one of my favourite people and absolute best friends.

I’m currently the caretaker of an extremely special herd of eleven horses, ponies, miniature horses and a unicorn. Together we offer a unique space for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected or are simply in need of gentle care.

Alongside the herd, I share my life with three dogs, three cats, two amazing kids, and an ever-growing love for all things creative, including photography, writing, digital art, and design.

One of my biggest life goals has always been to ensure all those I care for live the happiest, fullest lives with our family, this goal of providing that for them, is in part, what has inspired me to share Paws, Manes + Me custom portraits

Also, as a horse owner surrounded by horse-loving friends, I found it surprisingly difficult to find customised gifts that really felt like they celebrated the bond between horses and their humans, especially when I was searching for memorial gifts to give to those I cherish. So, I ended up creating them myself, and it didn't take long before I began adding in other beloved pets and family members. Believing others might be looking for something special to, Paws, Manes + Me was born.

I am super excited to share my creativity and customise a portrait that honours your relationship with the animals and people who mean the most to you. Including your horses, cats, dogs, partners, children, and friends.
